Awake and Typing

I’m setting myself up for a tiring day at work tomorrow by staying up so late.  But, all of a sudden, it’s blazing hot here and I took a nap in the afternoon followed by an exhilarating jog and a drive to the grocery store in the cool night air.  Case in point, I’m not sure I could go to sleep right now anyway.  A little worried about the teeth because they’ve begun to hurt more and more as the days pass.  After school today, they were painfully throbbing so much that I was forced to pull out the big guns, Ibuprofen, Vicodin and a shot of Walgreeens-brand Anbesol right in the hole where my left bottom wisdom tooth used to be.  Now that I think about it, the pain and the medication probably had something to do with me taking a nap this afternoon, as well as the heat.

I’m looking forward to Special K coming down for a visit on the Memorial Day weekend.  Not sure what to do, though…not sure if I’ve ever entertained a guest before.  Like a visitor, you know?  I will be sure to go the extra mile, however, because when I think about it, she’s really done a lot for me.  If we only have one day, is it best to go San Francisco or South Bay?  These are the really important questions, I tell you!!
