I’ll admit, I’m in the library trying to keep quiet as I rustle through bags of jelly beans adn cough drops, shuffle through papers and sniffle-snort my way through this cold. But that chick across from me just answered her cell phone with a full-voiced “Hello?” That should grant the rest of us an obnoxiousness pass for at least the next hour.
